I just watched the first 5 minutes of this video. I am going to watch the whole thing because I think my life will be enhanced by watching this guy. I also just found these websites:

Hi Dominic,
Randy's video and story is an inspiring one - and true. He passed away last summer, but not before giving this talk a few times (including on Oprah I think) and writing a book. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Randy_Pausch).
Oui je l`ai visionné l`été dernier, j`en ai été boulversé...
c`est inspirant, ne jamais laisser tomber nos rêves.
